Kundalini Chair yoga is a practice for “the rest of us” – for those of us desiring to gain strength, flexibility and relaxation but needing some extra support. The chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of the body allowing us to take full advantage of yoga’s amazing health and fitness potential.

Each 1.5 hour class is a gentle way to welcome back health, movement, strength, joint mobility and mental clarity. Come have fun while feeling supported in body, mind, and spirit.
