Join us for a 40-day transformative Kundalini practice with the Serabandanda Kriya. Together we will build our physical and energetic strength, increase our stamina and heal dis-ease/illness in the body.
Serbandanda Kriya looks similar to a modern Vinyasa Chattarunga flow.
There are three asanas in the sequence – TRIANGLE POSE (also known as Downward Dog), PLATFORM POSE (similar to plank pose) and COBRA POSE. Kundalini Yoga encompasses elements from all 26 disciplines and variations of yoga so those new to this practice will find a sense of familiarity in the movements.
Serbandanda Kriya flows in four parts:
- Begin in Triangle Pose with the heels pressed down toward the floor. Inhale and lift the heels off the ground.
- Exhale and shift forward into a modified Platform Pose. Bring your chin to the ground and keep your tailbone lifted high in the air.
- Inhale to Cobra Pose. Press your body up, keep your arms straight and lift your head up.
- Exhale and return to Triangle Pose
Inhale. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale.
Three minutes of meditation and practice balances our electromagnetic field, circulation and blood chemistry.
Kundalini technology works fast!
